December 22 - The Democrats have been in control of Congress for a year now. Other than naming numerous post office and other government buildings, they have accomplished little of what they said they would do. Why?

PORK IS ALIVE

The Club for Growth has compiled a RePORK Card of all members' votes on 50 anti-pork amendments submitted in congress.
Democrats averaged 2%, the Republicans averaged 43%. The Democratic Freshmen scored an abysmal average score of 2%. Their Republican counterparts scored an average score of 78%.
We need more Freshmen Republicans.
The House passed a water resources bill for $15 billion. The Senate version came in at $14 billion. So the House and Senate compromised in late October. The final bill was an irresponsible $23 billion. In Washington, they call that 'splitting the difference.'
110th Congress Reaches Milestone Of Failure Congress has named numerous post office buildings. Congress raised the minimum wage thus reducing entry-level employment. Numerous congressional Democrats have proclaimed defeat in Iraq.
